Cemre GURBUZ provides legal consultancy services on Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Construction and Real Estate Law and IT and Electronic Commerce Law to local and international clients of Hansu Attorney Partnership.

Cemre GURBUZ, thanks to her knowledge and experience in the area of Labour Law, assists our clients from many sectors operating in the local and international arena, including:

• Preparation of necessary HR documents such as personnel files, workplace regulations, payrolls, embezzlement forms, overtime forms, leave forms, documents related to the performance evaluation system and documents such as defence request, warning notice text, release forms
• Lawsuits for union compensation
• Trainings for human resources departments of companies on individual and collective labour law
• Representation of clients in both mediation and litigation

In addition, she provides legal advice on the compliance of printed, visual and internet broadcasting activities with legal regulations and the resolution of disputes, especially in case the publications cause any damage or loss of rights to the clients as well as necessary applications for the use of the right of refutation.

She also advises our client on various issues related to the Personal Data Protection including:

• Compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data
• Determination and assessment of the processing of personal data and sensitive personal data
• Registration to the Data Controllers Registry Information System and preparation, negotiation and review of license agreements
• Preparation of disclosure/information/data protection (cookie) policies and other necessary

Cemre GURBUZ assists in the initiation and prosecution of bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosure of bills of exchange, foreclosure of mortgage as well as the filing of objections, negative assessment and reclamation actions and the filing of forfeiture actions in proceedings initiated against the client.

She advises local and international clients in the area of Construction and Real Estate Law on disputes arising from the ownership of real estate and other real estate rights as well as lease determination, adaptation and eviction cases.

During her education and internship, she participated in various seminar programs in the areas of Personal Data Protection Law and Health Law.
