Her work also encompasses bankruptcy cases, postponement of bankruptcy, auction cancellations, provisional seizure and provisional measures, challenging objections, recovery and negative determination cases, cancellation of dispositions, complaints about execution proceedings, eviction cases, objections to signatures, jurisdictional objections, cases against the state due to execution processes, rightful claim cases, participation in execution auctions, registration of claims in bankruptcy, and various aspects of bankruptcy management and corporate rescue operations.
Manages the preparation, review, and processing of various contracts for local and international clients operating in diverse sectors such as food, cosmetics, household supplies, energy, construction, health and medical devices, oil and lubricants. These contracts include Advertising Agreements, Service Procurement Contracts, Distributorship Agreements, Donation Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Service Contracts, Employment Contracts, Loan Agreements, and Settlement Agreements.
Under the scope of Data Protection Law, legal support is provided to clients in the process of compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, preparation of licensing and cooperation agreements related to data, preparation of information texts for obtaining the consent of data subjects, and the preparation and arrangement of information, notification, and cookie policies, and legal consultancy and attorney services are provided.
