Elif AKBAŞ advises and represents local and international clients on various issues of Labor Law including:

• Labor receivables, follow-up of re-employment lawsuits
• Conducting mediation processes
• Preparation and review of labor and service contracts

Elif AKBAŞ provides legal services to local and international clients in the field of Rental Law. In particular of:

• Preparation and examination of real estate lease agreements
• Conducting rent determination, adaptation and evacuation proceedings

In addition, Elif Akbaş provides legal services within the extent of Personal Data Protection Law, in particular;

• Conducting compliance processes within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law
• Clarification, preparation of explicit consent texts
• Carrying out data inventory creation and registration processes to the Data Controllers Registry (VERBIS)

Elif AKBAŞ, represents local and international companies operating in different sectors before national courts and provides comprehensive legal advice on drafting and review of the preventive agreements.

Prior to joining Hansu Attorney Partnership, she worked in a law firm which provides consultancy and litigation support to companies operating in the IT, health and medical devices, chemical industry and many private clients; she gained experience mainly in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Family Law, Rental Law, Obligations Law.
