Dr. Ata Torun, Managing Partner at HANSU Attorney Partnership, will participate as a speaker at Data Center Eurasia 2026, to be held at the Istanbul Expo Center from 7 to 10 October 2026, as part of the panel titled “The Legal Architecture of Data Center Investments: Land, Energy, Data and Financing.”
Today, data centers are regarded as critical infrastructure investments that require land, energy,
telecommunications, data, financing and regulatory considerations to be addressed in an integrated manner.
The panel will address the key legal and strategic issues faced by data center investments from the project development stage through to the operational phase.
In this context, data center investments will be considered from the perspective of structuring them within a legal framework that is legally viable, sustainable, capable of continuous and uninterrupted operation, and bankable.
The panel will take place on Friday, 9 October 2026, from 17:00 to 17:50.
